Private events have a minimum charge of 6 participants. Smaller groups are also welcome, but the price will be calculated based on at least six people.

Toro Winebar can host up to 30 guests. For workshops and other seated activities, the most comfortable group size is usually 15–20 people. The exact capacity depends on the chosen activity, catering and preferred room setup.

Most workshops last approximately 1.5–2.5 hours. If several activities are combined, the event may last 3–4 hours.

We generally do not set a strict time limit. If you would like the bar reserved exclusively for your group for the entire evening, please let us know when making your enquiry.

Yes. With a private booking, the workshop and agreed programme are organised exclusively for your group.

Public events take place on separately announced dates and are open to anyone who purchases a ticket.

Yes. We can create a programme tailored to your group. For example, Sip & Paint or a Cocktail Workshop can be combined with tapas, paella, a limoncello-making workshop or other additional activities.

We will put together a suitable package based on your group size, schedule and budget.

Yes, provided there is no other private event scheduled afterwards. You are welcome to stay, enjoy the atmosphere and order additional drinks from the bar.

If you would like to continue the evening after the workshop, we recommend mentioning this when booking.

Yes. Tapas selections are available from the bar, and paella can also be pre-ordered by arrangement.

If you would like the table to be ready with snacks when your group arrives, we recommend ordering food in advance.

Our tapas selection consists of small sharing plates such as Spanish ham and cheeses, olives, bread and nuts. Seasonal fruit may also be added to pre-ordered selections.

Paella is prepared as a shared dish for the whole group. The exact selection may vary depending on the season and any special requests and will be confirmed before the event.

Yes. Please let us know about any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements before the event so we can prepare suitable options.

Yes. Our menu includes alcohol-free cocktails, non-alcoholic sparkling wine and other alcohol-free drinks.

If some guests do not drink alcohol, feel free to let us know when booking.

Yes. Drinks can be ordered from the bar throughout the event.

For company and team events, we can also agree on a set bar credit or drinks selection in advance and add it to the final bill.

The booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit has been paid. The deposit depends on the selected programme and number of participants and will be specified in your offer.

The standard deposit is usually €30 per participant and is deducted from the final amount.

The payment schedule will be agreed during the booking process. Depending on the event, the remaining amount can be paid before the event, at the venue or, for companies, by invoice after the event.

Yes. Please send us the company name and billing details when booking.

Yes. The final number of participants must be confirmed by the agreed deadline before the event.

Once the final number has been confirmed, the price will be calculated accordingly. If someone cancels at the last minute, their fee will generally still apply, as materials and catering may already have been prepared.

Please let us know about any changes to the date or number of participants as early as possible.

Deposits are generally non-refundable in case of cancellation. With sufficient notice, we may be able to move the booking to another date or agree to use the amount paid as credit towards a future event.

Yes. Prices shown on the website and in our offers include VAT unless stated otherwise.
