Welcome to TORO – we are a boutique wine and tapas bar founded by two enthusiastic wine lovers. We are now fully open, inside and out. Located within the historic center of Tallinn, on the street with the most museums in the city, we are the Old Town’s go-to Spanish wine destination. TORO’s experience echoes that of our founders, ensuring their vision comes through in all we do. 

We believe in real stories from real people and these being shared through exciting encounters – accompanied by great wine coming from a small Spanish winery: Bodegas Care in the Cariñena region. 

Our unique and cozy space features local artists’ artworks, and welcomes a buzzing community of both locals and internationals. Come along and enjoy our carefully curated cocktail selection, and let our ambiance carry the promise of warmer days to you.
